Very bad. Poor communication after take money. No proper information. Keep changing their word. Completely not helpful. Very bad experience with this Hajj agency. After taking full payment, their communication became very poor. I had to keep chasing them for updates, and most of the time they did not respond. They also kept changing their promises. On top of that, I was asked to pay extra money to another person just to arrange the Nusuk card, which should have been handled by the agency. Even now, they have not provided my passport or air ticket, which is extremely worrying and unacceptable. I do not trust this agency at all and would strongly advise others to stay away. Please be very careful before giving them your money.
